A new companion for the Doctor, played by former Emmerdale actress Jenna-Louise Coleman, will be introduced in this year’s Christmas special and it looks like she's a fan of opaque tights. She replaces Karen Gillan (below) who often fended of the doctors adversaries while wearing fancy legwear.
