Pedicure tights exist and we're afraid, very afraid

If never being able to wear tights with your sandals brings you as much stress and irritation as it does us (AHEM), then this new invention will be totally up your street.

The new fashion craze which is sweeping Japan sees individual toe tights - yep, it's already sounding like the most glorious thing ever, isn't it - which come with an even better feature; an inbuilt pedicure.

Painted onto the toe part of the tights, these 'toe nails' are supposed to line-up exactly where yours should be so you don't look like you're wearing tights at all.

Then of course there's the issue that these 'barely there' tights still look like tights no matter how hard they try. Only now, they look like tights with fake toe nails printed onto them.

Whats more, you can choose between a number of different pedicure designs just in case you're not in the same 'mermaid' mood you were the day before.
Of course, this trend does come with its own problems. Firstly, when have you ever worn the same pair of tights in exactly the same manner? Just twisting the tights around to get the seam in the right place can be annoying enough, let alone trying to adjust ten toes so they sit perfectly straight on your feet.
